Examples of the delivery schedule:
Example 1 - Mary subscribes to the monthly box on the 12th of January. Her order will be shipped at the end of January (for example, between the 22nd and 27th of January). She receives her box at the beginning or middle of February. Her next box will be charged at the beginning of February and shipped at the end of February.
Example 2 - Ashley subscribes to the quarterly box on the 25th of January. Her order will be shipped at the end of January (for example, between the 26th and 30th of January). She receives her box at the beginning or middle of February. Her next box will be charged at the beginning of April and shipped at the end of April.

To reduce waste and offer a more sustainable subscription method, your following subscriptions will be delivered in Lushy Intimates organic cotton bags, which can be reused as lingerie bags, jewelry bags, or any other way you prefer ♡
However, if you prefer all your subscription orders to be shipped with the Lushy Intimates pink box, please email us and we will honor your preference. ♡

What sizes are available?
Our 1-lingerie set box comes in 7 different sizes (XS, S, S+, M, M+, L, and XL).
Our 2 and 3-lingerie set boxes currently only come in 3 sizes (S, M and L).

How often can I expect to receive a new shipment?
You can choose between two delivery options:
- Delivered every month
- Delivered every 3 months
When will my order ship?
All subscription boxes ship usually at the end of the month.

Recurring payments are processed on the same day of the month as the first subscription.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?

What is the difference between 1, 2, or 3 lingerie sets subscriptions?
The 1 lingerie set subscription box contains a different set every month.
The 2 lingerie sets subscription box contains the set from the 1 lingerie set box and an additional set.
The 3 lingerie sets subscription box contains the set from the 1 lingerie set box, the set from the 2 lingerie sets box, and a third set.
Can I customize the lingerie I receive each month?
No, all our customers receive identical "mystery" boxes. The lingerie sets are carefully selected by our seamstresses every month.
Is there a way to preview or choose the lingerie before it's shipped?
No, this is a "mystery" subscription box service. The lingerie sets are carefully selected by our seamstresses every month.

How do you ensure privacy and discreet packaging for deliveries?
All Lushy Intimates' orders are delivered in discreet and environmentally friendly, 100% compostable mailer bags. Our mailers are without company logo for your privacy.
